America’s Delta Airlines, one of the biggest airline company has stopped its all call center in India. America’s Delta Airlines has tie up with Wipro in India to handle all calls.

The Airline representative mentioned that they were not getting satisfactory feedback from their customer. Quality means a lot to them. This was a huge set back for Wipro as Delta airline was one of the big client for them.

Though call centers in Jamaica and South Africa will be not impacted and they will keep running. Now Delta airline has routed all his calls to US.

Most of US company prefer India to outsource their calls because of the difference in the price of dollar and rupee.
