Backing-Up your registry for safe Computing

Introduction

Registry is the brain of an Operating System, which consists of all links, allows efficient and logical processing. Procedure

• Click Start menu and type “regedit”, in Run Command Box.

• Now, in registry editor windows Select File Menu and click on Export.

• Choose a location in order to save the backup file, and rename it accordingly for your future reference.

• Hit the Save Button in order to create backup.
• You are done, verify once by exploring to the location, and check for .reg file extension.
