I’m a proud owner of Dell Studio 15” , Despite of good Hard Disk space my C:// Drive is always full. Mostly because of installed software. Though I keep up the least no. of software to keep my system performance intact.

Later on I realize that c:WindowsInstaller  is one folder in my windows directory, which has dump of lots of software installer file. Which I don’t need it anymore.

Deleting all files from these folder will free up lots of space.
