Google moon is a new experimental project by Google. It let you explore moon using moon Satellite images.
A recent news update from Google, which makes our virtual visit to our natural satellite Moon. A very nice astronomical space exploration and story about Apollo Missions, on WWW by Google. You can see various images of moon in different angle just like browsing a map.
Google, and NASA teamed up during the Apollo 11 Project for collection of Lunar maps and charts. Google made it presentable, for its users, by the WWW (World Wide Web) media.
Though it was expected by Google to launch Google Moon by end of this month, but I noticed it when google updated there Main Google search Page Logo. Currently, a web version has been launched by Google, which allows users to visit all parts of the Natural Satellite Moon.
Google Virtual Moon is also available in 3-d version, which requires Google Earth Client Application installed on the computer, but precisely Google is working out for the exact image data and charts. Click here and download Google earth to get 3-D version on your desktop.
