Few days back we told you about that from 1st of august Credit card will stop working in India without a PIN. Though this has been implemented and chances are high if you are a VISA or MasterCard CC holder, your credit card will not working until unless your generate an online PIN which will be used to verify you as a real card holder.

- Create a 6 digit security PIN
This is a great initiative from Indian banks, to stop online frauds and Credit card misuse.

Dear Harsh,Pls don’t go for this idiotic bank for God’s sake.I had a very bad experience with this dirtiest bank on the earth.For the past 8 months nobody responding to my quiries.There is a huge,wide, valley size communication gap amongst those bank departments and employees.,No one knows minimal etiquette.They are much bothered about COLLECTING MONEY than servicing public.Of course 90%of bussinesses are like this only but they should have basic manners which this bank has utterly forgotten.Customers care is in true customer’s UNCARE. In my case….My card was misused by some culprit to the tune of 65000 on the internetshopping.From day one i have been informing them(bank) and receiving some suggestions.Police arrested the culprit and recovered 60% of the total amount(as the second statement reached me latter).Court advised me not to hand over the money directly to bank (only via court as it is a cyber crimme).Since then i was running here and there to inform this bank.But i vexed. Except receiving monthly statements very accurately on the correct day there was no response from this bloody bank.
So mentally i prepare not to pay for ever till they(ICICI)take serious action on me legally or manually. i did not pay for the past 8 months even mimnimal amount due and also i requested so many times to Customer’s Care Center to take stringent acton on me hoping that someone may come and i can explain them in detail..But none has turned up till this date.Every month some fellow would come and hear my card cyber crime story and nods his head very sincerely like bat’s wings.Then he disappears like wizard and next month anothetr sorcerer willl come.This mega serial is going on for the past 8 months.So please shun this sordid bank.Never think about this bank even in your dream.If possible to know every one about this grubby, grimy bank kindly publish this lettr on the net giving my full details,….Thanks a lot my dear friend……Dr,Ravidrababu.P, Palavathangal
This Online Pin is known as the CVC2 Code and has been mandated by the Govt. to prevent Credit Card Frauds.
This will give a much needed boost to Plastic Monay as chances of Money Laundering would get minimized thereby adding to Investors Security
