Let me be honest with you, I was excited about Jism 2. I wanted to see how Pooja Bhatt managed to make top pornstar Sunny Leone act in a bollywood movie. More over, the initial buzz created in media and songs of Jism 2 gave me all the reasons to go ahead and watch this movie. But, in the end I ended up writing this Jism 2 review, so that like me and others you will not keep your expectations high.

Jism 2 review: A Love story which sucks to the core
Let me start with Sunny Leone, she was looking gorgeous in the movie and I’m not talking about all her shiny skin or her revealing outfit or even her bed scenes. But, I’m talking about her outlook in the movie. Coming from porn industry, she justified her acting and I didn’t had much expectations out of her. Her voice was dubbed in the movie but still she managed to do the lip movements perfectly fine.
So what made Jism 2 a complete fail?
Acting by co-stars: Arunoday Singh and Randeep Hooda who are young and upcoming stars, they showed why young actors can’t fit for serious role. They have done pathetic and disappointing acting through out the movie. While watching the movie, it was easy to figure out the emotions and what kind of acting we were expecting, but instead of turning emotional and romantic scenes into heart touching one, they made it look funny and disappointing.
I was a big fan of Randeep for his movies like Risk, where he acted really well and seems very promising. But in Jism 2, he could n’t justify his role as a lover and even as a patriot. Yah, I missed John from Jism1. Even Arunodoy was looking like a kid and he couldn’t perform well even for a second in the movie.
As I mentioned earlier, I went with no expectations from Sunny Leone apart from making most out of her pas experiences and she atleast made it clear, that she is better than those B grade movie actress and she can do much better.
Bad Story line in Jism 2 : There was nothing great about movie storyline. Movie starts with Izna who is a call girl and who met Ayaan at the club and after spending one night with him, Ayaan told her that he is Indian intelligence agency officer and he is seeking her help to get some important and sensitive data Izna’s ex lover Kabir.
Kabir and Izna were madly in love until one day, Kabir left her to serve the country of his own. His aim was to kill all the politicians and high profile people, who are connected with Arms dealer and drugs racket outside the country. And movies goes on with pathetic acting and story line and by the end, Izna killed Kabir, Ayaan killed Izna and Izna killed Ayaan before dying.
Good and bad:
- Good : Songs, Direction.
- Bad: Acting, Story
I would give this movie not more than 1.5/5 and if you are going to watch Jism2, watch it with your own risk or keep your expectations low in term of acting and story.
