The movie Julie & Julia is a romantic comedy and the analogy of two stories: The tale of how Julia Child wrote her 524 recipes in “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” and the story of how Julie Powell cooked her way through it. The movie was released on 7th August 2009 in USA, and has gained 141% up in popularity.
In the movie, Meryl Streep is playing Julia Child and Amy Adams is playing Julie Powell, they are delightful to watch. The script writing is enhanced with superbly moulded humour. The 123 minute movie has a balanced Drama, Comedy and Cooking, with a decent pace of entertainment.
Director Nora Emphron, has poured different narrations, of cheerying woman and of typical city girl, which makes Movie a simple, and pleasant watching.
