Google Services are just knocking every one’s door step these days. But there are many features which we are unaware of, like organizing Bulk Inbox.

One of the best way to organize your Emails is by Archiving them using appropriate labels. The following Screenshot will define Archiving & Labels:

Labels play vital role, and when implemented with archiving completes the feature of an Organized Folder in Gmail. Following is a screen shot for creating a new label and assigning the label to the selected Emails should be relevant to the subject of the Email.

After creating relevant labels, Google Adds a Label in beginning of the Subject, which reflects the category of an Email. But labeling an Email doesn’t fulfill are need of Organizing the Inbox, as the Emails are still in the Inbox. Archive features fulfills this request, as it zips the selected Emails under the appropriate Label category assigned. Result is, the relevant Email don’t appear in Inbox as they have been archived. They can be accessed from the Label Navigation Window which I shared in the beginning of this Post.
