TATA 100MBPS Internet connection in mumbai

by admin on March 29, 2009

Surfing with ultra high speed was always a dream before TATA announced the launch of its niche  Ethernet connection which will provide Internet at 100MBPS. The charges for the scheme will be 10500/month.

Tata is planning to capture most of Mumbai market and apart from high speed broadband in Mumbai, they are also planning to introduce Live video calling and interactive TV.

The only drawback of this service is its monthly charges which is beyond a normal household user to afford, atleast I can;t afford to pay 10,500/month for Internet connection.

Though hope to see some competition from Airtel or sify which will help to lower down the price.

This a nice news. Actually happy to see such a fast connection is now available for Indian masses.
This definitely is a sign of cheap n fast broadband in near future.
