I’m a smoker and I understand how hard it is to quit smoking. I have been trying to quit smoking for long but somehow I can’t. Though I used to be a chain smoker but recently I have cut down my number of cigarettes to 4 a day.

The problem comes when I see someone smoking , its hard to get my hand away from smoke. Finally me close friend understand my problem and everyone of them tried to avoid smoking in front of me.

Stop Smoking

Stop Smoking

For 3 days I tried to stay without even a single smoke, and I was watching a bollywood and then I saw an actor smoking with style. I wish if I can explain the urge of smoking that time.

I realized that , movie plays a great role in promoting smoking. First of all a smoker will get an urge of smoking after seeing someone smoke in front of him.

If I’m a die hard fan of any actor, there are plenty of chances that I will follow his style and if I saw him smoking obviously I will try my best to start smoking and smoke in the same style.

What I’m trying to say here : Smoking should be complete banned from movies and print media.

Putting a quote “Smoking is injurious to your health is not the solution for everything”
